脑外伤后综合征的中医治疗探讨

颅脑外伤及脑外伤后综合征的防治是世界卫生组织重点招标领域之一。脑外伤后综合征的一个显著特点是临床检查虽然无阳性体征,但其关于身体各部位不适的主诉与自觉症状的严重程度常超出临床检查结果,而且给予常用的西医药物治疗多难以奏效,给患者带来痛苦并严重影响患者的生活质量。中医辨证论治脑外伤后综合征具有一定优势,通过对脑外伤后综合征病因病机的深入研究,王永炎院士提出,脑外伤后综合征以瘀血夹风上扰脑神为主要病机。在脑正清颗粒方的基础上,通过中药配方免煎颗粒加减,开展脑正清颗粒加味辨证治疗脑外伤后综合征的中医治疗方案研究,显示了较好的临床疗效和患者依从性,弥补了现有脑外伤后综合征治疗的不足。
