| 摘 要： | 目的探讨顽固性鼻出血的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析70例顽固性鼻出血患者的临床资料，针对不同病因，采用鼻内窥镜下手术、电凝止血、DSA及抗炎、镇静等综合治疗。结果63例治愈出院，治愈率90％。随访3月-1.5年，无再出血。结论鼻内窥镜下电凝止血及DSA治疗顽固性鼻出血，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of the obstinate epistaxis. Methods We analyze the clinical data of 70 cases of obstinate epistaxis in recent years,according to different causations,these methods were selected including endoscopy operation, electrocoagulation and digital subtraction augiography(DSA). Results These 63 cases were cured and the curative ratio were 90%, the follow-up was from 3 months to 1.5 years,no one bleed again. Conclusions The measures of electrocoagulation by endoscopy operation and DSA to treat the obstinate epistaxis are satisfactory. |
