摘    要:目的 对链霉菌L-183生产链霉亲和素(streptavidin,SA)的发酵条件进行优化.方法 通过单因子和正交实验,获得SA发酵培养基的最佳配方比.结果 在优化条件下,SA的产量达到151.5 mg/L.与先前报道相比,产量提高36.5%,且成本降低,操作步骤更为简化.结论 链霉菌L-183生产链霉亲和素的发酵条件优化为规模化生产奠定了基础.

Abstract:Objective Fermentation conditions for streptavidin L-183 were optimized to obtain mass production of streptavidin(SA).Methods Factors influencing the secreting of SA were studied by a series of single-factor and orthogonal tests.Results The best medium for the fermentation was found,and 151.5 mg SA per liter can be obtained from the fermentatiobroth,which was 36.5% higher than that described in the literature.Conclusion As the results indicated,by utilizing L-183 and the optimized fermentation protocol,production amount of SA was increased and the basis of mass production was set up.
