| 摘 要： | 目的：了解中度高原地区坦克乘员腰痛的发病情况、流行病学特点。方法：采用问卷调查、实地考察、物理检查、统计分析等方法，对中度高原地区1041名坦克乘员腰痛情况进行横断面调查。结果：1041名坦克乘员中腰痛患病率45．9％，各工种驾驶员检出率最高（P〈0．05）。腰痛随兵龄增加而明显升高，5年以上驾驶员患病率高达87．5％。经多元回归分析，吸烟、反复高举重物、训练中反复弯腰3种因素与腰痛相关。结论：中度高原地区坦克驾驶员腰痛患病率高，发病率随从业时间而增大。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:This study was planed to investigate the low back pain(LBP) prevalence and characteristics on tank solders in plateau area.Methods: A total of 1 041 soldiers in this region,aged from 17 to 28 years,were examined,who met our criteria.Methods of questionnaire,clinical findings,and physical status were used to finish a cross-sectional study in this area.Results: About 45.9% subjects suffered from low back pain.Tank drivers had low back pain more frequently(P< 0.05).With the time in army prolonged,the number of patients with low back pain was increased,and 87.5% tank drivers staying in army for more than 5 years had low back pain.Risk factors included smoking,frequent bend of trunk and frequently lifting up.Conclusion: In plateau area,the(incidence) rate of low back pain in tank drivers is high,and disease incidence is increased with time prolonged in army. |
