| 摘 要： | 肿瘤化疗失败的主要原因是多药耐药（MDR）的产生。肿瘤多药耐药的机制十分广泛，其中以ATP结合盒式结构超家族成员研究较多。文章重点综述目前研究较多的多药耐药机制，并对肿瘤耐药逆转进展作简要介绍。

| Abstract: | Multidrug resistance (MDR) of cancer cells is a major cause of failure in chemotherapy. The mechanism of multidrug resistance is vary, while much attention was paid on the expression of ABC(ATP binding cassette) transporter. This paper provides a review on the hotspots of current MDR research. Moreover, the recent progress in the field of MDR reversal is also briefly introduced. |
