综合康复护理方案对脑卒中患者预后的影响

目的探讨综合康复护理方案对脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法选择急性脑卒中患者140例,随机分为康复护理组(观察组)和对照组,各70例,在神经内科药物治疗后,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理方案。于干预方案实施第1、3个月后进行综合效果评价。结果两组脑卒中患者偏瘫侧上肢运动功能评分和日常生活活动和评分间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);综合康复护理组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01),继发性功能障碍的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中急性期患者实施综合康复护理方案可明显改善其预后。

Effect of Compound Rehabilitation-nursing Scheme on Stroke

Objective To study the effect of early compound rehabilitation-nursing scheme on prognosis of stroke.Methods Based on literature review, the factors that influence the rehabilitation prognosis of stroke were investigated and analyzed, and a compound rehabilitation-nursing scheme for stroke was laid out. Totally 140 cases with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups (70 patients in each group): scheme-intervention group and control group. The prospective random contrast study was conducted.One and three months later, the effects were evaluated comprehensively.Results The motor scores in the paralyzed upper limb and BI scores in the two group increased, but scores in the scheme-intervention group were obviously superior to those in the control groups (P<0.05). Besides, the incidence of secondary dysfunction in the scheme-intervention group was obviously lower than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The compound rehabilitation-nursing scheme for stroke was scientific and effective.
