| 摘 要： | 目的观察甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）患者血清中胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、白细胞介素8（IL-8）水平的变化。方法采用放射免疫分析法（RIA）检测40例甲亢患者血清中IGF-1、IL-8水平。结果甲亢患者血清中IGF-1水平（35．14±9．51ng／mL）、IL-8水平（5．98±0．57ng／mL）显著高于正常对照组的30．26±6．00ng／mL、0．11±0．17ng／mL（P〈0．05，P〈0．01））。结论甲亢患者血清中IGF-1、IL-8水平明显升高，可能与甲状腺激素存在一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of the insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1） and interleukin-8 （IL-8） in the serum of hyperthyroidism patients and search for the clinical significances. Methods The IGF-1 and IL-8 value of serum in the 40 cases hyperthyroidism was detected by using radioimmunoassay method. ResultsThe IGF-1 of serum was 30.26±6.00 ng/ml and IL-8 of serum was 0.11±0.17 ng/ml in the normal control group. Compared with control cases, the IGF-1 of hyperthyroidism patients serum was 35.14±9.51 ng/ml which was increased （P〈0.05）, and IL-8 was 5.98±0.57 ng/ml which was increased significantly （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The IGF-1 and IL-8 level was increased significantly in the serum of hyperthyroidism patients. It may correlate with the thyroid hormone. |
