咬合板治疗磨牙症对脑血流及脑血氧饱和度的影响

目的探讨磨牙症患者与正常人脑血流(tHb)、脑血氧饱和度(rScO2)的差异及咬合板治疗磨牙症对脑血流及脑血氧饱和度的影响。方法随机选择20名磨牙症患者和20名正常人,采用近红外线光谱仪(NIRS)监测tHb及rScO2,对磨牙症患者与正常人及磨牙症患者咬合板治疗前后紧咬时脑血流及脑血氧饱和度的变化进行对比分析。结果对照组紧咬时tHb及rScO2增加,磨牙症组紧咬时仅tHb增加且增幅较对照组小,而rScO2无变化,尖牙高牙合型咬合板治疗磨牙症后可使紧咬时及紧咬后tHb及rScO2增加。结论磨牙症患者紧咬时脑血流及脑血氧饱和度的变化与正常人相比有一定差异,尖牙高牙合型咬合板治疗后这两项指标的变化趋于正常。

Influence of trealment of bruxism with splints on cerebral blood flow and salutation of cerebral blood oxygen

Objective To evaluate the differences of the cerebral blood flow and the saturation of cerebral blood oxygen between patients with bruxism and normal individuals,and the influence of the treatment of bruxism with splints on the cerebral blood flow and the saturation of cerebral blood oxygen.Methods 20 patients with bruxism and 20 normal individuals were selected randomly.Using near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS),the cerebral blood flow and the saturation of cerebral blood oxygen in the patients with bruxism before and after the treatment with splints were monitored,and compared with those of the control group.Results The cerebral blood flow and the saturation of cerebral blood oxygen increased in control group when clenching,while in the patients with bruxism only the cerebral blood flow increased and the amplification was less than that of control group,and no significant difference of the saturation of cerebral blood oxygen was observed before and after clenching.The treatment with cuspid occlusal upheaving splints could increase the cerebral blood flow and the saturation of cerebral blood oxygen while clenching.Conclusion Variations of the cerebral blood flow and the saturation of cerebral blood oxygen in patients with bruxism were different from those of the normal individuals,and the variations of the both indices recovered to normal after the treatment with cuspid occlusal upheaving splint.
