| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨首乌活血方剂的抗衰老作用机制。方法:以D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老模型小鼠为研究对象,随机分为6组,分别为首乌活血胶囊高、中、低剂量组,模型组,阳性对照组及空白对照组。6周后,测定肝组织与脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及血清白介素6(IL-6)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,首乌活血胶囊可明显提高衰老模型小鼠肝组织与脑组织中SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,降低血清中IL-6的浓度。结论:首乌活血胶囊具有明显的抗衰老作用,其作用机理可能与提高SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,抗自由基生成及减轻免疫反应,延缓脏器病理损伤有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate anti-aging effect and mechanism of shou-wu-huo-xue capsule (SC) on aged mice induced by D-galactose.Method:The aged mice were induced by D-galactose.Meanwhile, they were treated with three doses of SC.Then the contents of SOD and MDA in the liver and brain and the concentration of IL-6 in the blood serum were measured after 6 weeks.Result:SC could significantly improve the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in the liver and brain, meanwhile, reduce the concentration of ... |
