专科护理质量指标评价在围手术期中西医结合治疗手指皮肤软组织缺损感染患者中的应用价值

目的:探讨专科护理质量指标评价在围手术期中西医结合治疗手指皮肤软组织缺损感染患者中的价值。方法:选取2010年5月—2013年5月本院收治的62例围手术期中西医结合治疗手指皮肤软组织缺损感染患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例,对照组给予常规护理质量指标干预,观察组给予专科护理质量指标干预,对比两组的治疗效果及患者的满意度。结果:两组患者在并发症的发生率、开始功能锻炼的时间、对康复知识的了解率以及住院时间等方面相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者感染治疗的总有效率为96.77%,明显高与对照组的80.64%;观察组患者的满意度总评分为(90.97±3.78)分,对照组为(63.55±4.04)分,观察组显著高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:专科护理质量指标评价在围手术期手指皮肤软组织缺损感染患者中西医结合治疗中具有较高的应用价值。能够有效提高治疗效果,促进患者康复。

Specialist Care Quality Indicators in Evaluation of Integrative Medicine in Treatment of Finger Skin Infections in Patients with Soft Tissue Defects in Perioperative Period

Objective：To investigate the specialist care quality indicators in the evaluation of integrative medicine in the treat- ment of finger skin and soft tissue defects in the perioperative period. Methods：During May 2010 to May 2013 in our hospital ,62 cases of finger infection of skin and soft tissue defects patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group. The control group received routine care intervention and the observation group was given specialist care, comparing the two groups＇ treatment effects and patients＇ satisfaction. Results：The two groups＇incidence of complications,functional exercise time in rehabilitation knowledge about the rates and hospital stay time were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The ob- servation group＇s total effective rate was 96.77% , significantly higher than that of control group 80.64%. The observation group＇ s patient satisfaction overall rating was 90.97 ＋ 3.78 minutes and that of the control group was 63.55 ＋ 4.04 minutes. The obser- vation group was significantly better than the control groups. Differences were statistically significant 〈 P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Spe- cialist care quality indicators have high application value in evaluation in the perioperative period of finger infection of skin and soft tissue defects in combination therapy and can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and promote the rehabilitation of pa- tients.
