中医疗法对2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者婚姻家庭的影响

目的:探讨中医疗法对糖尿病所致抑郁患者婚姻家庭的影响。方法:对2型糖尿病伴发抑郁患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各87例。研究组加用中医疗法。对两组患者在第0、6周分别对患者进行婚姻质量问卷(Olson)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定。结果研究组HAMA、HAMD、SCL-90、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子分、ENRICH总分、角色平等性、夫妻交流、FAD总分、问题解决、情感介入治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05);第6周两组间HAMA、HAMD、SCL-90、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子分、ENRICH总分、角色平等性、夫妻交流、FAD总分、问题解决、情感介入差异显著性(P<0.05);HAMA与夫妻交流成负相关关系(r=-0.42,P<0.05),与问题解决成正相关关系(r=0.47,P<0.05)。结论:中医疗法有助于改善糖尿病伴发抑郁患者的婚姻家庭功能。

Influence of Family Function and Marital Quality on Depression Caused by Patients with Diabetic by Chinese Medicine Therapy

Objective ： To investigate the influence of family function and marital quality on depression caused by patients with diabetic by Chinese Medicine therapy. Methods ： All patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with depression cases were randomly divided into Chinese Medicine therapy treatment group and control group. Each group included 87 cases in treatment. All patients were observed for 6 weeks. Marriage quality questionnaire （ Olson）, family assessment table （ FAD ）, the symptom self - assessment scale （ SCL - 90 ） , Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） were assessed for their family in the 0,6 weeks. Results ： By comparing before and after treatment,the HAMA, HAMD, SCL - 90, somatization, depression,anxiety factor points, ENRICH total score, roles, equality, couples exchange, FAD total score, problem solving, emotional involvement of the study group had significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference between the two groups in the HAMA, HAMD, SCL - 90, somatization, depression, anxiety factor points, ENRICH total score, roles, equality, couples exchange, FAD total score, problem solving, emotional involvement （ P 〈 0.05 ） at the 6th week. There was negative correlated between HAMA and couples exchange （ r = - 0.42, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was positive eorrelat on between HAMA and problem solving （ r = 0.47, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese Medicine therapy can effectively improve marital quality and family function on depression caused by patients with diabetic.
