参苓白术散治疗尿毒症血液透析患者30例

目的:观察参苓白术散对尿毒症血液透析患者的临床疗效。方法:将门诊及住院的血液透析患者60例,通过随机数字表法随机分为两组各30例。两组均给予低盐优质蛋白饮食并充分透析,治疗组加用参苓白术散治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组患者在透析充分性、生活质量方面较治疗前改善,并发症减少,年平均透析费用降低,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),两组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在充分血液透析基础上,加用参苓白术散对尿毒症血液透析患者有较好的疗效及成本优势,可作为该病的辅助治疗方法之一。

Shenling Baizhu Powder Treating 30 Cases of Hemodialysis Patients

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder treating hemodialysis patients. Meth- ods ： By the method of random digits table, 60 cases of outpatient and inpatient hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases of each. All patients were given low sah and good protein diet and adequate dialysis. The treatment group added Shenling Baizhu Powder. Results ： After treatment, the dialysis adequacy and the quality of life were improved than those be- fore treatment and there were less complications as well as less dialysis costs. Compared with those before treatment, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the two groups difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： On the basis of he- modialysis, adding Shenling Baizhu Powder has better curative effect and less cost when treating hemodialysis patients and can be used as a supplementary therapy.
