| 摘 要： | 轻微型肝性脑病是肝性脑病的一个特殊类型,临床中缺少统一规范的治疗方法。作者对近年文献做出总结,就轻微型肝性脑病的中医与西医治疗情况作一综述。认为中西医治疗轻微型肝性脑病方面各有优势,在未来的医疗中,双方如能更好地互相借鉴,取长补短,并最终形成统一可行的轻微型肝性脑病中西医结合治疗方案,定能更好地提高轻微型肝性脑病地治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Minimal hepatic encephalopathy（MHE） is a special type of hepatic encephalopathy. It is lack of unified and stand- ard treatment method in clinical practices. The authors make a summary of the literature in recent years, and give an overview in treatments of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for MHE. Treatments of Chinese and Western medicine for MHE have their own advantages. If the two parties can learn from each other better in the future medical activities, and ultimately make a unified and feasible plan, which combines traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of MHE, it would improve the curative effect. |
