针刀配合改良七厘散治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床观察

目的:针刀松解配合改良七厘散穴位外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎近远期临床疗效观察。方法:将120例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组用针刀松解配合改良七厘散穴位外敷60例,对照组传统针灸治疗60例,观察和比较两组患者近远期疗效。结果:经过2疗程治疗,治疗组近期临床痊愈效率96.7%,明显优于对照组的40%,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。远期(3个月)两组疗效比较,治疗组复发率5%,对照组26.7%,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:用小针刀松解配合改良七厘散穴位外敷治疗肱骨外上髁炎近远期疗效满意,安全可靠。

Clinical Observation on Acupotomy with Improved Qili Powder Therapy in Treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis

Objective ：To explore short -term and long- term clinical effect of acupotomy lysis with improved Qili powder ther- apy for treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods ： 120 external humeral epicondylitis cases were randomly assigned to 2 groups. The treatment group with 60 cases was treated with acupotomy lysis with improved Qili powde. 60 cases of the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture treatment. Improvement of constipation in the patients were observed and com- pared. Results ： After 2 courses of treatment, the recent clinical recovery rate was 96.7%, which was significantly better than 40% of the cqntrol group and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. For comparison of long - term （3 months）, the recurrence rate of the trdatment group was 5%, and of the control group was 26.7%, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The short - term and long - term clinical effects of acupotomy lysis with improved Qili powder therapy for treatment of external hu- meral epicondylitis was satisfactory, safe and reliable.
