基于主成分分析的心悸辨证分型研究

目的:探讨以心悸为主症患者中医常见证型的主要症状。方法:采用临床调研与中医计量诊断相结合的方法,对多个地区1126例心悸患者的临床症状进行研究。在此基础上运用主成分分析对心悸常见证型主要症状进行提取。结果:发现心悸常见证型主成分中症状基本反映"证素辨证"的结果。结论:心悸的病性虚实错杂、病位涉及多个脏腑,临床辨证以多证素组合为主。

Research on Syndrome Differentiation of Palpitation Based on Principal Component Analysis

Objective: To study the main symptoms of TCM common syndrome types of the patients with palpitation as chief complains. Methods: The methods of clinical investigation combined with diagnosis measurement were adopted and the clinical symptoms of 1126 palpitation patients were studied in multiple regions in China. Based on it,the methods of principal component analysis was adopted to conclude the main symptoms of common syndrome types with palpitation. Results: The main symptoms of common syndrome types with palpitation are consistent with the results of syndrome differentiation. Conclusion: The characteristic of palpitation is mixture of asthenia and sthenia and the position covers multiple viscera. The combination of several syndrome's elements appears while studying syndrome differentiation in clinic.
