缺血性糖尿病足40例临床分析

目的:探讨缺血性糖尿病足的临床特点及治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析40例缺血性糖尿病足住院患者,出院后3个月进行一次随访。结果:出院时对静息痛的有效率为77.4%,溃疡或坏疽的有效率91.4%,出院后3个月对静息痛的有效率为83.9%,溃疡或坏疽的有效率85.8%。结论:规范的中西医治疗缺血性糖尿病足有效,介入治疗对迅速改善疼痛,提高创面愈合优势明显。

Analysis of 40 Cases of Ischemic Diabetic Foot

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment effect of ischemic diabetic foot. Methods：A retro- spective analysis of 40 patients with isehemic diabetic foot was carried out ,with a follow - up of 3 months after discharge. Restdts ： When released from the hospital, the resting pain efficiency was 77.4% and the effective rate was 91.4% for ulceration or gan- grene. The effective rate was 83.9% for rest pain after 3 months and the effective rate was 85.8% for ulceration or gangrene. Con- clusion：The standard treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective for ischemic diabetic foot. Vascular inter- ventional treatment can rapidly relieve pain and improve wound healing rate.
