家庭护理干预辅助治疗2型糖尿病108例

目的:观察家庭护理对108例2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等相关指标的影响。方法:对上海市嘉定区真新社区卫生服务中心所在辖区内的108例2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育、心理疏导、八段锦运动锻炼、用药指导等家庭护理干预,疗程6个月,监测干预前后患者的体重(Weight)、体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)以及空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标的变化。结果:与干预前相比,干预后患者以上指标均有不同程度的改善,其中FPG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-C的指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭护理干预能改善2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂,是一种安全有效的辅助治疗措施。

Clinical Study for Home Nursing Intervention in Adjuvant Therapy of 108 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes

Objective：To observe the effect of home nursing on the blood sugar, blood lipid and related indicators of 108 cases of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods：Six months home nursing intervention was carried out, including health education,psychological counseling, Baduanjin exercise, medication guide, etc, for 108 cases of type 2 diabetes patients who were involved in the jurisdiction area of Zhenxin Community Health Service Centre in Jiading District of Shanghai, and we monitored the changes of weight, body mass index （BMI） ,waist - hip ratio （WHR） ,fasting plasma glucose （FPG） ,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） ,total cholesterol （ TC）, triglyceride （ TG）, high - density lipoprotein （ HDL - C ） and low - density lipoprotein （ LDL - C ） pre and post intervention. Results Compared with pre intervention, the above indicators of the patients had varying degrees of improvement after intervention, and the indicator＇s difference of FPG, HbAlc ,TC ,TG and LDL- C was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Home nursing intervention can improve the blood sugar and blood lipid of type 2 diabetes patients and it is a safe and effective adjuvant therapy measure.
