红蓝光交替照射联合中药口服制剂治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

目的:探讨采用红蓝光交替联合口服中药制剂治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效,为中医辨证治疗痤疮提供理论依据。方法:将我院2012年1月—2013年5月收治的寻常痤疮患者242例随机分为对照组(120例)与治疗组(122例),其中对照组给予红蓝光交替照射治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合中药口服制剂治疗。结果:对照组与治疗组的患者经治疗后皮损积分均减小皮损消退率分别为59.21%和38.81%,治疗组显著高于对照组;治疗组总有效率为92.62%,高于对照组(74.99%)。结论:采用红蓝光交替照射配合中药口服治疗寻常痤疮有显著效果,可明显改善面部粉刺、脓疱与结节,值得临床借鉴。

Clinical Efficacy of Alternating Red - Blue Light with Oral Liquid Preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Ache Vulgaris

Objective：To assess the clinical efficacy of oral liquid preparation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with red - blue light in treatment of patients with acne vulgaris and to provide the theoretical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of acne. Methods ：242 patients with acne vulgaris who came to our hospital from Janua 2012 to May 2013 were di- vided into control group （120 cases） and treatment group （122 cases）. The control group was treated with red-blue light only while the treatment group was given oral liquid preparation of traditional Chinese medicine and red -blue light. Results ： The skin lesions integral of two groups were 59.21% and 38.81% and the treatment group was higher than the control group after treat- ment. The fade rate of skin lesions of treatment group （59.21% ） was higher than that of control group and the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.62% and higher than that of control group （74.99%）. Conclusion：The oral liquid preparation of tradition- al Chinese medicine plus red-blue light has a marked efficacy and it can significantly improve facial acne,blain and nodules. It is worthy of learning and application in clinic.
