357例冠心病慢性心力衰竭水停证与超声指标相关性研究

目的:探讨冠心病心衰患者水停证与超声指标之间的相关性。方法:收集冠心病心衰患者357例,以水停证为自变量,以超声指标为因变量,进行二值Logistic回归分析。结果:与非水停证相比,水停证患者LA、LVIDs明显增大,FS、EF显著减低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析以超声心动20项指标为自变量,水停证为因变量,进行二值Logistic回归分析。CO进入回归方程(P<0.05)。水停证与超声心动指标的回归分析结果为水停证患者CO回归系数为2.864(P<0.05),OR值为17.525,冠心病心衰出现水停证的可能性较大。结论:冠心病心衰患者水停证与超声指标具有一定的相关性。

Relevance between Water Retention Syndrome and Ultrasound Index for 357 Patients with Coronary Artery Disease and Heart Failure

The coronary heart failure has high incidence of water retention syndrome. Conclusion：The coronary heart failure patients Swater re- tention syndrome and echoeardiography have some relevance.
