探讨中药辅助体外震波碎石治疗肾结石的临床应用价值

目的:探讨中药辅助体外震波碎石治疗肾结石的临床应用价值。方法:选择2013年1月—2013年12月本院接诊的120例肾结石患者进行临床研究。随机均分为治疗组和对照组两组。对照组仅采用体外震波碎石对患者进行治疗。治疗组中药辅助体外震波碎石对患者进行治疗。检测分析两组患者的血肌酐(SCr)及尿素氮(BUN)水平,并调查分析两组患者的排石情况,及治疗的临床疗效。结果:术前,两组患者的SCr及BUN水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后1 d均明显提高(P<0.05);术后3 d、7 d两组患者的SCr及BUN水平均显著降低,治疗组患者的肾功能的恢复状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后14 d,两组患者的肾功能状况均明显恢复正常。治疗组患者的人均排石次数明显少于对照组(t=4.1986,P=0.0001),平均排石时间明显短于对照组(t=9.2156,P=0.0000)。治疗组治疗的临床总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(76.67%),两组比较有统计学意义(u=-3.0161,P=0.0026)。结论:中药辅助体外震波碎石治疗肾结石,临床价值较高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Effect Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine with ESWL for Kidney Stones

Objective ： To study the clinical effect value of traditional Chinese medicine with ESWL for kidney stones. Methods ： 120 cases patients with kidney stones from January 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital were researched. They were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Control group used extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment for patients. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine treatment with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment. Serum ereati- nine （SCr） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） levels of two groups were detected and the row of stones condition of the two groups and the clinical efficacy of treatment were investigated and analyzed. Results ： Before operation, SCr and BUN levels of the two groups were not significantly different （ P 〉 0. 05） and they were significantly improved after 1 d （ P 〈 0. 05）. SCr and BUN levels were significantly reduced after 3 d and 7 d, the recovery of renal function of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. 14 d after operation,renal function groups of patients were significantly restored to normal. The number of rows of stone per capita of the treatment group was less than that of the control group （t =4. 1986,P =0. 0001 ）. The average row time of stone of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （ t = 9.2156, P = 0. 0000 ）. The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group （93.33%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （76. 67% ）. The two groups were statistically significant （u = -3. 0161, P = 0. 0026）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine with ESWL for kidney stones has high clinical value, worthy of clinical application.
