冠心病中医客观化疗效评价方法研究

目的:探讨冠心病中医客观化疗效评价方法。方法:应用该课题组研发的中医诊断仪器——中医脉象仪、中医舌象仪以及自制中医证候量表,进行动态的望、闻、问、切"四诊"检查,采集中、西医临床客观化量化指标,采用IBM SPSS Statistics 19统计软件进行分析。结果:中医脉图、舌图、中医证候量表等中医客观化疗效评价指标在治疗前后有显著性差异,能够准确反映出患者治疗前后的临床状态及疗效,且中医客观化疗效评价指标与西医现有疗效评价指标相比具有一定关联性。结论:冠心病中医疗效评价指标能客观全面反映患者的整体状态变化,为今后开展疾病疗效评价的无创检测奠定基础。

Research on Methods to Evaluate Objective Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Coronary Heart Disease

Objective ：To discuss the methods to evaluate the objective efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine on the coronary heart disease. Methods ：We applied TCM diagnostic instruments developed by the research group -TCM electropulsograph,tongue instrument and home - made TCM symptom scale and traditional methods of diagnosis - observatio, listening, interrogation and pulse - taking were also used to collect objective clinical indicators in western medicines and we adopted Statistics 19 statistical software for analysis. Results： TCM objective evaluation indices like TCM pulse image, tongue image and TCM symptom scale showed significant differences before and after the treatment and there was some correlation between TCM objective evaluation indexes and existing western medicine evaluation indices. Conclusion： Compared with existing western medicine effect evaluation system,TCM effect evaluation system could reflect the changes of the patients＂ states on the whole more objectively and lays foundation for noninvasive examination for effect evaluation of different illnesses.
