| 摘 要： | 原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)是一种慢性肝内胆汁淤积性的自身免疫性肝病,临床表现复杂,可归属于中医"黄疸、臌胀"等范畴。近年来,不断有应用中医药治疗PBC的报道,并获得了一定的疗效。文章通过综述中医药治疗本病的方法,展示了近年来原发性胆汁性肝硬化的中医临床诊治进展。

| Abstract: | Primary biliary cirrhosis （PBC）, a kind of autoimmune liver diseases, takes place in bile duct cells of hepatic lobules. It has a complex clinical manifestation and can be attributed to jaundice or meteorism of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, there are a lot of reports that use Chinese medicine to treat PBC and have obtained the certain effect. This text displayed the progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM of PBC in recent years by summarizing the methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease. |
