中药金刚藤胶囊治疗盆腔炎110例

目的:探讨中药金刚藤胶囊治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:将本院2012年1月—12月收治的盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组(108例)与治疗组(110例),两组分别给予妇科千金片与金刚藤胶囊治疗1³个疗程,比较分析两组疗效及C反应蛋白变化。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为97.59%,高于对照组患者(80.57%);治疗组主要症状下腹坠痛、腰骶酸痛、带下多的总有效率分别为99.03%、91.14%、97.04%,优于对照组95.65%、90.51%、78.11%;治疗组盆腔包块、盆腔积液的总有效率分别为88.67%、93.75%,优于对照组63.05%、76.79%;治疗后对照组与治疗组的CRP较治疗前有明显降低,其中治疗组CRP改善更为显著,治疗组症状、体征及CRP与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药金刚藤胶囊对于治疗盆腔炎疾病有显著效果,可明显改善下腹坠痛、带下量多等症状,值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect Analysis of Treating Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Jingangteng Capsule for 110 Cases

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of treating pelvic inflammatory disease with Jingangteng Capsule and drag safety. Methods ：218 patients diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were randomly divided into control group （108 cases） and treatment group （110cases）. The treatment group took Jingangteng Capsule, whereas control group was given Fuke Qianjin Tablet and treated for 1 - 3 periods, comparing the curative effect and CRP of two groups. Results ： The total ef- fective rate which was 97.59% in treatment group patients was higher than that in control group （ 80.57% ）. The total effective rate of ventral sank pain,lumbosacral aching and increases in leucorrhea were 99.03% ,91.14% and 97.04% ,which were better than those in control group （95.65% ,90.51% ,78.11% ）. The treatment group＇s total effective rates of pelvic mass,pelvic effu- sion were 88.67% and 93.75% ,which were better than those in control group （63.05% and 76.79% ）. The CRP of treatment group was lower than that of control group after treatment and CRP of treatment group was improved more significantly. The symp- toms, physical sign and CRP were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with Jingangteng Capsule has significant effect and it can obviously improve the symptoms such as ventral sank ,increases in leu- corrhea and it is worthy of promotion.
