在校大学生疑似抑郁症食疗疗效分析

目的:探讨食疗对疑似抑郁症人群症状的改善效果。方法:60例疑似抑郁症学生随机分为食疗干预组和对照组。食疗干预组早晚食用远志枣仁粥和养心安神粥,对照组正常饮食。分别于干预4周、8周、12周后观察两组干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化。结果:食疗干预组干预后各项评分均较干预前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);食疗干预组干预后各项评分均较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食疗方对疑似抑郁症人群症状有明显改善作用,可将食疗方推广应用于学生日常的饮食中。

Effect of Dietotherapy on Suspected Depression in College Students

Objective：To investigate the effect of dietotherapy on symptoms in people with suspected depression. Methods：60 students with suspected depression were randomly divided into dietotherapy and control groups. Dietotherapy group were given Yuanzhi Zaoren porridge at breakfast and Yangxirt Anshen porridge at dinner,while the control group received a normal diet. Ham- ilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） scores were observed at 0,4,8 and 12 weeks after the intervention. Results：Scores in die- totherapy group after the intervention were distinctly lower than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; and scores in dietotherapy group after the intervention were lowered more significantly than those in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The dietotherapy can significantly improve the symptoms of suspected depression, and also can be applied to daily diet of college students.
