枣仁安神胶囊联合喹硫平治疗慢性精神分裂症临床分析

目的:探讨枣仁安神胶囊联合喹硫平治疗慢性精神分裂症临床效果。方法:选取2010年1月至2011年6月我院收治的70例慢性精神分裂症患者作为观察对象,随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组予以喹硫平片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合枣仁安神胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的临床症状及认知能力改善情况。结果:两组治疗后WCST分值均有改善,但治疗组分值变化幅度及治疗效果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后WAIS评分均有改善,但治疗组言语智商、操作智商和总智商明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后PANSS及各参数评分均有改善,但治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枣仁安神胶囊联合喹硫平治疗慢性精神分裂症患者,对其言语表达、操作执行能力改善显著,有效提高了患者的智商,对患者生活秩序和症状具有良好的干预效果。

Clinical Analysis on Zaoren Anshen Capsule Combined with Quetiapine in Treatment of Chronic Schizophrenia

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Zaoren Anshen capsule combined with quetiapine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia. Methods ：70 chronic schizophrenia patients from January 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were selected as observation objects, and were randomly divided into treatment group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. The control group was treated with quetiapine and the treatment group combined with Zaoren Anshen capsule. The improvement of clinical symptoms and cognitive ability were observed in two groups. Results ： The WCST scores in two groups were improved after treatment, but the treatment changes and the effect of treatment group were better than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The WAIS scores were improved after treatment in the two groups, but the treatment group＇s verbal IQ, performance IQ and total IQ were significantly better than those of the control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. PAN- SS and the parameter scores were improved in two groups after treatment, but the total effective rate of the treatment group was su- perior to that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Zaoren Anshen capsule combined with quetiapine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia can significantly improve the speech and operation ability, ef- fectively improve the patients＇ intelligence and has favorable effect for life order andsymptoms in patients.
