中药熏洗联合手法推拿治疗网球肘68例

目的:观察中药熏洗联合手法推拿对网球肘的作用。方法:将68例患者按半随机法分为两组。对照组32例采用西药封闭治疗,观察组36例加用中药熏洗和手法推拿治疗。观察患者临床症状、Mayo肘功能评分、VAS疼痛评分和握力指数改变情况,并随访1年观察患者复发情况。结果:观察组和对照组治愈率分别为66.67%、43.75%,总有效率分别为88.89%、59.38%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Mayo评分和握力指数均升高,VAS评分均降低,与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组复发率分别为12.50%、35.71%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合手法推拿可改善网球肘患者的临床症状,降低复发率,疗效优于单纯封闭治疗。

Clinical Observation for Massage Combined with Fumigating and Washing in Treatment of 68 Cases of Tennis Elbow

Objective：To observe the effects of Chinese herb fumigation combined with massage on tennis elbow. Methods：68 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. 32 cases of the control group were treated with Western medicine therapy, and 36 cases in the observation group added Chinese herbal fumigation and washing and massage therapy. Observation on the clinical symp- toms, Mayo elbow function score,VAS pain score and grip strength index changes of patients was carried on, and follow- up ob- servation on the recurrence in patients for 1 year was made. Results ： The cure rates of observation group and the control group were 66.67% and 43.75%, respectively. The total efficiencies were 88.89% and 59.38%, respectively, and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P 〈0. 05）. The recurrence rates of observation group and the control group were 12.50% and 35.71%, respectively. And between groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage can improve clinical symptoms of patients with tennis elbow and reduce the recur- rence rate and the curative effect is superior to the simple closed treatment.
