| 摘 要： | 目的:评价岩舒注射液联合吉西他滨+奥沙利铂治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:50例晚期胰腺癌患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(20例),两组均用吉西他滨+奥沙利铂化疗,治疗组同时加用岩舒注射液。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为66.67%和50.00%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组生存质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:岩舒注射液联合吉西他滨、奥沙利铂治疗晚期胰腺癌安全、有效,在改善生活质量特别是控制癌痛方面具有一定优势。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of Yanshu injection combined with gemcitabine and oxaliplati in the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. Methods： 50 cases of advanced pancreatic carcinoma patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given gemcitabine and oxaliplatin for chemotherapy. The treatment group added Yanshu injection. Results：The overall response rate was 66.67% in treatment group and 50. 00% in control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with con- trol group, the quality of life of treatment group was better（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Yanshu injection combined with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin regimen is effective for advanced pancreatic cancer and it also can elevate the life quality and alleviate pain. |
