针灸治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

目的:观察针灸治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效。方法:80例原发性痛经的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用针灸治疗,对照组以芬必得口服。结果:观察组治愈率为65.5%,总有效率92.5%;对照组治愈率为36.5%,总有效率72.5%。两组总有效率比较,观察组明显优于对照组。结论:针灸治疗原发性痛经疗效可靠,明显优于口服芬必得胶囊,具有疗效好、副作用小的优点,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture for Primary Dysmenorrhea Due to Qi Stagnation

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for primary dysmenorrhea due to Qi stagnation. Methods ： 80 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Obser- vation group were treated with acupuncture treatment, control group Fenbid orally. Results： Observation group＇s cure rate was 65.5% and the total efficiency of 92. 5%. The cure rate was 36. 5% in the control group and the total efficiency was 72. 5%. The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion ： Acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea showed reliable efficacy significantly which is superior to oral Fenbid capsules, with good efficacy, few side effects, advantages, worthy of promotion.
