补肺中药汤佐治116例支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的:探讨补肺中药汤临床用于支气管哮喘(BA)的药用效果。方法:将116例BA患者纳入研究,随机对照分析:观察组(58例,补肺汤)和对照组(58例,西药)的治疗效果、哮喘发作次数、ACT评分、免疫功能以及肺功能指标水平。结果:观察组53例(91.38%)疗效肯定、对照组45例(77.59%),组间有差异统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的哮喘发作次数(0.65±0.51)明显低于对照组(1.18±0.72)、ACT评分(23.78±1.95)明显高于对照组(18.64±2.03)(P<0.05);观察组的免疫功能(IgE、CD+4、CD+8)和肺功能(FEV1、FVC、PEF)均显著性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肺中药汤具有宣肺化痰、平喘止咳之功效,可广泛用于BA治疗。

Efficacy Observation on Bufei Herb Decoction for 116 Cases of Bronchial Asthma

Objective ： To investigate the effects of Bufei Herb Decoction for bronchial asthma. Methods ： 116 cases of bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group （ n = 58 ） and control group （ n = 58 ）. The observation group was treated by Bufei Herb Decoction, and the control group was treated by Western medicine. The therapeutic effect, asthma attacks, ACT score,immune function and lung function in 2 groups were observed and compared. Results：The 58 cases （91,38%） were more effective in the observation group and in the control group only 45 cases （77.59%） were effective. The two groups had statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. The number of asthma attacks （0.65±0. 51 ） in observation group was signifi- cantly lower than that in the control group （ 1.18 ±0.72） and ACT score （23.78± 1.95 ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 18.64 ± 2.03 ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The immune function （ IgE, CD4 , CDs＋ ） and pulmonary function （ FEV~, FVC, PEF） in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The Bufei Herb Decoction can disperse lung and resolve phlegm and relieve cough and asthma and can be widely used in BA treatment.
