| 摘 要： | 目的:从中西医两个角度对逍遥散治疗抑郁症临床疗效进行评价。方法:入组抑郁症患者62例,每例患者给予逍遥散370 g/d,疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)及中医证候量表在基线及治疗后2、4、6、8周末进行评分。结果:58例为有效病例,4例脱落。HAMD量表评定显效率为90%。经8周治疗后HAMD与中医证候量表评分及各项症状发生率与基线相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),两种量表评分及各项症状发生率具有一定相关性。结论:逍遥散治疗抑郁症有肯定的疗效,且起效较快,不良反应相对少而轻。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of depression from two aspects of Chinese and western medicine. Methods ：62 patients with depression into the group were treated with Xiaoyao Powder 370 g/d each person for 8 weeks using HAMD, CGI and TCM Syndrome scale. Assessments were performed at baseline and the end of 2,4,6,8 weeks of the trial. Results：58 patients were effective cases. The significant efficiency was 90% after treatment, scores of HAMD and TCM syndrome scale had significant difference compared with baseline after 8 weeks of treatment（P〈 0. 01 ）. The scores and the inci- dence of symptoms of the two scales had a certain correlation. Conclusion ：Xiaoyao Powder has a positive effect in treating depression with rapid response and mild adverse reactions. |
