低剂量螺旋CT扫描显示肺段及亚段支气管的研究

目的探讨低剂量螺旋CT检查肺段及亚段支气管的价值。方法将100例肺部正常者分成两组,其中60例做低剂量(20mA)扫描,40例做常规剂量(150mA)扫描,比较两组的检查结果。结果两组双肺各叶支气管显示率均为100%(P>0.05);多数段支气管显示率两组无明显差异(P>0.05),但右肺中叶外段及左肺上叶尖后段两组之间存在着明显差异(P<0.05);两组右肺上叶后段、下叶背段、左肺上叶前段及舌叶上段的亚段支气管显示率有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论低剂量螺旋CT适合于检出肺叶及大多数肺段支气管的病灶,但亚段支气管的检查以作常规剂量CT为宜。

Visualization of pulmonary segmental - and subsegmental bronchi by low - dose CT

Objective To explore the value of low-dose helical CT for showing the pulmonary segmental-and subsegmental bronchi.Methods A hundred healthy subjects without respiratory diseases were divided into two groups:first group(n=60)underwent low-dose(20 mA)CT (LD-CT),second group (n=40) underwent routine dose(150 mA) CT(RD-CT).The visualization rate between the both groups was compared.Results Among all subjects, pulmonary lobar bronchi and most segmental bronchi of both lungs were could visualized ether by LD-CT or by RD-CT and there was not significant difference between both groups(P >0.05).However,the visualization of lateral segments in right middle lobe and apical-posterior segments in left upper lobe between both groups was statistic difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion Low-dose helical CT can visualize the pulmonary lobar-and most segmental bronchi but the visualization of subsegmental bronchi needs to use routine dose helical CT.
