| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缺血性脑中风中医综合治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的68例缺血性脑中风患者作为观察对象,随机将68例患者分成两组,观察组与对照组,每组34例。观察组应用中医综合治疗,对照组采取西医综合治疗方案,28d为1个疗程。观察1个疗程治疗后神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）、生活质量指数（QLI）的变化。结果观察组的神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）、生活质量指数（QLI）的变化都优于对照组。结论中医综合治疗缺血性脑中风疗效确切,可在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of ischemia stroke. Methods Sixty eight patients with ischemia stroke in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as observing objects and were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group had 34 cases. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment and control group was given the Western medicine treatment. The course of treatment was 28 days. Changes of NIHSS and QLI after a course of treatment were observed. Results The changes of NIHSS and QLI in observation group were superior to that of control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine to ischemia stroke is exact which should be widely used. |
