基于老年慢性病患者养老服务需求的调查研究

目的 了解城市社区老年慢性病患者对养老方式及社区居家养老服务的需求现状,为城市社区居家养老服务提供参考.方法 自行设计问卷对杭州社区314名60岁以上老年人的慢性病患病情况、养老方式及社区居家养老服务需求进行调查研究.结果 城市社区老年人慢性病患病率为58.3％;老年慢性病患者在养老方式选择上与无慢性病老年人比较存在统计学差异(P＜0.05),选择社区居家养老比例增加;在10项社区居家养老服务项目中,老年慢性病患者与无慢性病老人需求无明显差异,需求率最高的是家务整理和餐饮服务.结论 完善老年慢性病患者的社区居家养老服务须建立在家务整理和餐饮服务基础上,加强相关医疗卫生服务.

Investigation on care services for senior citizens with chronic illnesses

Objectives To analyze current condition of home-based care services for senior citizens in urban communities with chronic illnesses and provide references for the development of home-based care services.Methods 314 people above 60 years old in Hangzhou communities were investigated with self-designed questionnaires about chronic illnesses,care service styles and care service demands.Results 58.3% of people had chronic diseases;More of senior citizens with chronic illnesses intended to receive home-based care services compared with healthy senior people(p<0.05);The top demands for care services were housekeeping and food services among 10 items of care services and there was no significant difference of item selection between two groups.Conclusion housekeeping and food services play a basal role in the development of care services for senior citizens with chronic illnesses.
