院前急救中关于Drager 3000呼吸机应用的体会

目的探讨Drager3000呼吸机在院前转运中的应用。方法对50例使用Drager3000呼吸机转运的患者进行分析。其中,使用有创呼吸机32例,无创呼吸机18例。结果全部安全的转到目标医院。其中有2例使用无创呼吸机的患者出现较严重的漏气补偿现象,氧气消耗量较大。在氧气充足的情况下,未出现低氧血症。结论 Drager3000呼吸机携带轻便,模式多样,适用于使用有创及无创呼吸机的患者,属于氧气依赖型呼吸机。转运成功率100%。转运途中未出现呼吸机相关因素导致死亡的病例。

Experience on the application of Drager3000 breathing machine in pre-hospital emergency

Objective To discuss on application of Drager3000 breathing machine in pre-hospital emergency. Methods Fifty patients were analyzed who were treated by Drager3000 breathing machine. There were 32 cases treated by invasive breathing machine, and 18 cases treated by non-invasive breathing machine. Results All patients were transferred to the target hospital. 2 cases with non-invasive breathing machine had more serious phenomenon of leakage compensation, so large oxygen had been consumed. There was no hyoxemia in oxygen of enough. Conclusion Drager3000 breathing machine carry light, and its models are various, which is appropriate for patients with invasive or non-invasive breathing machine, and it belongs to oxygen dependent breathing machine. Its transfer success rate is 100%, there is no case in death because of relevant factor of breathing machine in transit.
