高校教师工作压力与抑郁、躯体化的关系研究

摘    要:目的 探讨高校教师工作压力与抑郁、躯体化的关系.方法 采用工作压力量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)中的躯体化和抑郁两因子对河南省320名高校教师进行调查.结果 高校教师工作压力存在显著的性别、有无行政职务和职称差异(P<0.05),抑郁状况存在显著的有无行政职务差异(P<0.05);工作压力各因子与抑郁、躯体化相关显著(P<0.001);来自于工作负荷、工作保障、工作乐趣等方面的压力源是教师身心健康的主要预测因素(P<0.05).结论 工作压力对高校教师身心健康具有显著影响,提高身心健康水平应从管理压力开始.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between work stress with depression,somatization in college teachers.Methods Items of work stress,somatization and depression were investigated by work stress scale and SCL-90 table in 320 college teachers from various universities in Henan Province.Results Gender,administration position and professional position severely affected their work stress(P<0.05).Each part of work stress were closely associated with somatization and depression(P<0.001).Work load,work security and the joy of work can be used as main predictors for the degree of teachers’ work stress(P<0.05).Conclusion Work stress plays an important role in physical and psychological health.Improving the ability of work stress control benefits physical and psychological health.
