| 摘 要： | 目的总结老年乳腺癌患者心理护理的措施及经验。方法对30例老年乳腺癌患者入院时的心理特征进行分析,分别采取相应的术前、术中、术后心理护理。结果老年乳腺癌患者主要存在焦虑、恐惧、自卑、抑郁等心理特征,经过术前、术中、术后相应的心理护理,提高了心理承受力。结论应对老年乳腺癌患者不同的心理特征进行相应的心理护理。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the measures and experiences in the psychological nursing of the elderly patients suffering from the breast carcinoma. Methods Conduct analyzed 30 cases of the elderly patients suffering from breast carcinoma on their mental characteristics, adopt psychological nursing before the surgery, in the surgery and after the surgery accordingly. Results Main mental characteristics with the elderly patients suffering from breast carcinoma were anxiety, fear, inferiority and depression etc. Conclusion Conduct respective psychological nursing for the elderly patients suffering from breast carcinoma against their different mental characteristics. |
