| 摘 要： | 目的研究探讨循证护理模式对慢性前列腺炎患者生活质量的影响和实施效果。方法将140例患者随机分为对照组70例和观察组70例,对照组实行一般护理模式,观察组实施循证护理操作。结果与对照组相比较,患者临床症状和生活质量获得极大改善,观察组CPSI评分中度（12.04±2.38）分和重度（21.21±1.64）分及QOL评分（2.50±0.57）分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对慢性前列腺炎患者实行循证护理可显著提高患者生活质量,改善症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and observe the effects of evidence-based nurse on patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods One-hundred and forty patients were equally divided into two groups: control group and observed group. Each group had 70 patients. The control group was treated with general nurse, whereas the observed group was treated with evidence-based nurse. Results Compared with control group, the clinical symptoms and life quality of observed group were greatly improved. The CPSI score of moderate degree(12.04±2.38) and severe degree(21.21±1.64) , as well as QOL score (2.50±0.57) were all lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nurse can notablely improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic prostatitis. |
