| 摘 要： | 对35例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行围手术期护理,包括术前心理护理、生活护理、术前准备,术后病情观察、并发症的预防、康复训练等.根据老年人的生理和心理特点进行有针对性的积极完善的围手术护理,是手术成功的重要保证,对患者的早日康复十分重要.

| Abstract: | 35 elderly patients with femur intertrochanteric fracture were performed by perioperation nursing including pre-operation psychological nursing,living nursing,preoperative preparation,postoperative observation,complication prevention,rehabilitation training.Perioperation nursing combined with physiological and psychological characteristics of old people is the guarantee of successful operation and rehabilitation. |
