腹腔镜治疗卵巢肿瘤护理措施探讨

目的探讨卵巢肿瘤患者腹腔镜治疗围术期护理要点。方法选择2009年12月～2011年12月在本院住院治疗的136例卵巢肿瘤手术患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将本研究入选患者分为常规护理组和护理干预组,常规护理组患者仅给予一般护理,而护理干预组患者则给予心理护理、术前准备、术中护理及术后护理,比较常规护理组和护理干预组患者基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果常规护理组和护理干预组患者在基础护理合格率及护理服务满意度上差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对卵巢肿瘤手术患者进行充分的心理准备、术前准备、术中护理及术后护理可明显提高基础护理的质量,提高患者对腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤手术患者的满意度,值得推广。

Effect study of nursing measures in patients with ovarian tumor by laparoscopic treatment

Objective To investigate perioperative care points of patients with ovarian tumor by laparoscopic treatment. Methods The clinical data of one hundred and thirty-six cases of patients with ovarian tumor by laparoscopic treatment who were treated in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2011 were collected. Then they were divided into conventional care group and nursing intervention group by using a random number table, patients in the onventional care group were given general medicine routine care, patients in the nursing intervention group were given psychological nursing, preoperotive preparation, intraoperative care and postoperative care on the basis of the general medicine routine care. In the end, the basic nursing qualified rate and the qualification rate for basic care were evaluated. Results The basic nursing qualified rate and the qualification rate for basic care in nursing intervention group were more than that in the conventional care group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing, preoperotive preparation, intraoperative care and postoperative care can improve basic nursing qualified rate and the qualification rate, and it is worth expanding in more departments.
