子宫内膜异位症96例手术治疗后复发临床分析

目的分析子宫内膜异位症术后的复发因素。方法回顾性分析我院收治的96例患者按其病理类型和分期分组，分析复发与病理类型和分期的关系。结果卵巢型与阴道直肠型及盆腔外型比较，术后的复发率差异有统计学意义；腹膜型与卵巢型患者的复发率比较，差异无统计学意义。卵巢型与腹膜型比较、阴道直肠型与盆腔外型患者的复发率比较，差异均无统计学意义。Ⅰ～Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者复发率比较有统计学意义。结论宫内膜异位症术后的复发率与病理类型和分期密切相关。

Clinical study on recurrence of 96 cases of endometriosis after surgical treatment

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the eauses for reeurrenee of endometriosis after operation. Methods The data of 96 patients with endometriosis admitted into this hospital were retrospectively analyzed for the relationship between reeurrenee and their pathological types and stages of disease. Results The differenee in reeurrenee between ovarian type and pelvie or vaginal - reetal types was statistieally signifieant; and the differenee in relapse between peritoneum type and ovarian type was not statistieally signifieant. The differenee in reeurrenee rates between ovarian and peritoneal type or between vaginal - reetum type and pelvie type was not statistieally signifieant. The differenee between relapse rates in patients with Ⅰ～Ⅱ stages and Ⅲ, Ⅳ stages was more statistieally signifieant. Conclusion The relapse of intrauterine endometriosis after operation is elosely related to pathologieal types and stages of the disease.
