刺络拔罐配合温针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效分析

目的 观察刺络拔罐配合温针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效，并检测治疗前后TCD、血液流变学的变化。方法 将160例患者随机分为四组，为刺络拔罐组（刺络组）、温针组、刺络拔罐合温针组（综合组）与西药对照组（西药组）各40例治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 刺络组、温针组、综合组、西药组总有效率分别为72.5%、70.0%、90.0%、75.0%，综合组与其他三组疗效比较经统计学检验，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且综合组的TCD及血液流变学比治疗前明显改善，优于其他三组。结论 刺络拔罐配合温针可明显改善椎-基底动脉的血液供应，对椎动脉型颈椎病有较好疗效。

Analysis of the Efficacy of Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping plus Warming Acupuncture for Treating Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective To investigate the efficacy of blood-letting puncture and cupping plus warming acupuncture for treating cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type by TCD and hemorheological examinations.Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomly allocated to four groups.They were blood-letting puncture and cupping(blood-letting puncture),warming acupuncture,blood-letting puncture and cupping plus warming acupuncture(combination) and drug control(drug) groups.There were 40 cases in each group.The curative effect was evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 72.5%,70.0%,90.0% and 75.0%,respectively,in the blood-letting puncture,warming acupuncture,combination and drug groups.There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the combination group and each of the other three groups(P<0.05).TCD and hemortheological parameters were significantly improved after treatment in the combination group and significantly better than in the other three groups.Conclusion Blood-letting puncture and cupping plus warming acupuncture can significantly improve vertebrobasilar artery blood supply and has a good curative effect on cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type.
