Abstract:Under normal right ventricular afterload the main hemodynami indices (CO, RVEDP, LVSP, RVSP, HR)have no significant difference (P<0.05) before and after the Ijgation of the right coronary artery, but under increasing right ventricular afterload ( 1.5k Pa, 2.5 kPa. alveolar pressure ) after the ligation of the right coronary artery the changes of the hemodynamic indices mentioned above have more significant difference (P<0.01 ). It shows that the right ventricular contractibility is necessary for maintaining the stability of the cardiac hemodynamics under right ventricular overload.
