Parenteral nutrition support has been widely used in clinicalmedicine and better cure effects have been achieved,which saved many severe patients'life.There has been an evidently decrease in the complication.However,ideal if prevention and cure if doctors and nurses for the complications abates gradually along with the mature of medical skills and productions and decrease of complications.Result in some complications that can be avoided happened.This article will analysis and discusses their causes and how to prevent and cure them.We thick that main cause of abatement of ideal with prevention and cure of doctors and nurses for the complications is deerease of complication associated with parenteral jnutritional support recently.So ling as we strengthen the ideal of prevention and cure,these complications can be avioded.
