目的　探讨甲状腺恶性肿瘤的发病情况及不同年代构成变化。方法　回顾性分析 196 1～ 2 0 0 0年间吉林大学中日联谊医院甲 10 11例状腺恶性肿瘤临床病理资料。结果　不同年代甲状腺恶性肿瘤占同期甲状腺疾病的比率及检出率有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;不同组织类型甲状腺恶性肿瘤不同年代构成比不同 (P <0 0 5 ) ;甲状腺恶性肿瘤发病年龄高峰在 31～ 4 0岁之间 ,滤泡癌男性发病年龄高峰在 5 1～ 6 0岁之间 ,乳头状癌男性发病年龄高峰在 2 1～ 30岁之间。 2 0世纪 90年代女性病人明显增多 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　 90年代甲状腺恶性肿瘤发病率增多 ,乳头状癌构成比增多 ,滤泡癌构成比减少 ;女性病人明显增多。乳头状癌、滤泡癌男女发病年龄高峰不同

Analysis of constitutes of thyroid malignant tumor in different ages

Objective To investigate the incidence and constitutes variety of thyroid malignant tumor in different ages. Methods The clinical pathologic data of 1011 cases of thyroid malignant tumor admitted from 1961 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The proportions of thyroid malignant tumor show significant differences in different ages (P<0.05). Constitutes of different tissue type of thyroid malignant tumor change in different ages (P<0.05). The peak age of thyroid malignant carcinoma is between 31-40 years old. The peak age of follicular carcinoma of men is between 51-60 years old. The peak age of papillary carcinoma of men is between 21-30 years old. In the 1990s, female patient increased obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of thyroid malignant tumor increased in the 1990s. The proportion of papillary carcinoma increased and that of follicular carcinoma decreased. Female patients increased obviously. The peak age of men and women with papillary and follicular carcinoma shows difference.
