心理护理在心电监护拔牙术中的作用

目的:探讨心理护理在拔牙患者手术中的作用,建立符合拔牙患者的护理模式。方法:需拔牙患者180例平均分为2组。观察组采用心理护理加心电监护拔牙模式,对照组采用心电监护拔牙模式。结果:心理护理满足了患者对健康知识的需求,使其了解了病情,缓解了紧张情绪。观察组满意率为95.6%,对照组满意率为80.0%。结论:把心理护理实施到拔牙术中,能系统地对拔牙患者进行引导,减轻患者的痛苦,利于疾病转归,减少并发症。

Psychological Care in Exodontia Patients with EKG Monitor

Objective： To assess the effects of psychological care measured in exodontia patients. Methods： 180 cases were equally distributed into 2 groups. Experiment group was serviced by psychological care plus electrocardiogram monitoring, the control group only monitored with EKG. Results： In experiment group, the implementation of the mental health care to meet patients＇ demand for knowledge about the disease, relieving stress anxiety, satisfaction rate achieved in 95.6%. In control group, only 80% satisfaction rate was reached. Conclusion： Psychological care can reduce pain and ensure the safety of patients during tooth extraction, and play an important role in safeguarding.
