系统性红斑狼疮男性与女性患者临床特点分析

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的发病特点及其病因学。方法分析23例SLE发病时临床表现及实验室检查资料,并进行不同性别与不同年龄组的比较。结果男性SLE的发病年龄、主要临床表现及实验室检查结果与女性类似,而肾脏损害的发生率和严重程度及血小板减少症的发生率均明显高于女性患者(P<0.05)。结论男女SLE总的发病、临床表现和预后有显著性差异。

Analysis on clinical characteristics of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) according to sexual distinction

Objective To study the prevalence and characteristics of the main clinical and laboratory manifestations at the onset of SLE.Methods The clinical and laboratory manifestations at the onset of 23 cases with SLE were analysed,and the differences and correlations related to sex and age were tested.Results Male patients of SLE had similar to female patients in age of attack, symptoms and lab examination,while had higher incidence and severity of kidney injury,and incidence thrombocytopenia than female patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall pathogenic and clinical appearances have distinct differences between male and female patients of SLE.
