摘    要:目的 了解儿科病房血培养标本主要病原菌的感染情况及其耐药性。方法 应用Bac -T/Alert 12 0血培养仪对儿科病房送检的 114 0例血培养标本进行病原菌分离鉴定 ,用生物梅里埃VITEK3 2全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果 共检出阳性标本 162例 ,占 11.0 5 %,其中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (CNS)感染为 71.60 %(116/114 0 )。金黄色葡萄球菌感染为 15 .43 %(2 5 /114 0 )。在监测中未发现耐万古霉素的金黄色葡萄球菌 ,但发现 6株耐万古霉素的CNS。葡萄球菌对万古霉素耐药率最低 ,其次为喹诺酮类药物。结论 儿科病房血培养的葡萄球菌耐药问题较严重 ,定期进行细菌耐药性的监测 ,有助于临床合理应用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To study the tendency of bacterial distribution and the drug resistance in blood cultured samples in our pediatrics. Methods A Bac-T/Alert 120 blood cultured apparatus was used to generate bacteria isolated from 1140 patients in pediatrics. The isolated bacteria were identified by VITEK 32,and bacteria's drug susceptibility test was performed on strains using standard Kirby-Baucer method. Results Total of 162 strains pathogens were isolated,accounting for 11.05%. The most common pathogens of them was CNS Meticillin resistant strains,accounted for 71.60% (116/1140);15.43% (25/1140) was staphyloccus aureus. No vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was found. In our data,the highest susceptible to staphylococcus is vancomycin and quinoline is the second. Conclusion Drug resistance of staphylococcus is a serious problem in pediatrics. Regular monitoring the drug resistance of bacteria is helpful for application anti-bacteria reasonable in clinic.
