| 摘 要： | 文章在加强文化素质教育已成为社会共识的基础上，进一步探讨了文化素质教育的地位和作用。作者从知识、能力、修养相结合的角度，分析了高素质人才应当具备的知识结构、能力结构和品德修养，从而阐明了文化素质教育在人才培养中的基础性地位和在完善人才培养模式、优化人才素质中的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the role of culture quality education based on a social common view that was to strengthen culture quality education. The authors analyzed the construction of knowledge, construction of ability and moral culture which the high quality talent need to have from the point of view of knowledge, ability and culture and clarified the basic role of culture quality education in the talent training and significance of perfecting the talent training model and optimizing quality of the talent. |
