| 摘 要： | 目的探讨降低腹膜炎发生率的对策。方法对我院2005年12月-2006年10月发生的40例持续不卧床腹膜透析(continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis,CAPD)相关性腹膜炎患者的原因进行分析。结果操作不当导致的腹膜炎所占比率较高,占45%;糖尿病患者20例,例数较高。年龄较大的患者较年龄轻的患者更易患腹膜炎。结论通过对CAPD患者开展家庭随访,纠正其在家中不规范的透析操作、对老年CAPD患者实行再培训,为糖尿病患者争取家属的支持和配合,可以降低CAPD相关性腹膜炎的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the countermeasures of decreasing the incidence of peritonitis.Methods Forty patients who have peritonitis in our hospital from December of 2005 to October of 2006 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The results showed that misoperation of the CAPD patients,diabetes patients,elderly patients were more troubled with peritonitis.Conclusions It will be decreased the incidence of peritonitis by family following up,rectification of uncorrected operation,re-training the elderly CAPD patients,persuading the families of the diabetes patients to support them. |
