| 摘 要： | 咨询药师（Pharmacy Consultant，PC）通过与病人（或咨询人）直接接触，对其用药等有关事项进行直接负责的监督保护，使咨询人在咨询过程中通过咨询药师采取的各种咨询策略、手段达到改善其生命质量提高的有效目的。 |

| Abstract: | The pharmacy consultant directly contact with the patients and provide consultants on their medication,meanwhile,they provide surveillance and protection measures in order to ensure their patients it will beneficial their patients during the process when they accept this consultants. |
